Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If we send you the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return the product in its original condition within 7 days of your purchase and receive a replacement at no additional cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. You will receive your replacement item within 4 to 5 working days.
Refunds
If you have received your item and unfortunately didn't like it, we still accept returns for a refund. Refunds are only applicable if the item is in its original condition. Please note that a 20% service charge will be deducted from the refund payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@sotrexus.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at contact@sotrexus.com and send your item to our warehouse: H B78 1st floor CGECOHS Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 10A Karachi.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
